Medicago’s plant-based commercial-grade vaccines facility will include an automated greenhouse, laboratory, production facility and office space. The project is scheduled for completion in July.
The project has received federal funding from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency to improve the process of producing large quantities of H1N1 vaccine.
