commentThe town of Davie has awarded a $101-million design-build contract to AECOM Technology Corp. to design and construct a 6-million-gallon-per-day brackish water membrane treatment plant as well as a 3.5-MGD membrane water reclamation facility.

The project also includes a new utility office, a series of five raw water wells, two deep-injection wells and reuse of the reclaimed water. The project is scheduled for completion in 2013.
