The nine-story, 362,500-sq-ft replacement facility will include 136 beds, eight operating rooms and an emergency department. Perkins + Will of Atlanta is designing the project to LEED Silver standards. Construction was to start in May, with completion set for 2012.
BE&K’s Atlanta office is building a $112-million School of Dentistry for the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. The five-story, 268,788-sq-ft project is scheduled for completion in June 2011.
