commentThe Southeast division of McCarthy Building Cos., Atlanta, was selected as construction manager for Clayton State University’s 100,000-sq-ft science building in Morrow. Construction on the project, which is being designed to LEED Silver certification, is slated to begin in August.

The three-story facility will house classrooms, office/support space and teaching and research labs. It will also include a vivarium, greenhouse, mechanical penthouse, mechanical basement and loading dock.
