Construction manager FaverGray of Jacksonville has been awarded four new construction projects in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina, for a combined total contract value of $23.2 million.
In Gainesville, Fla., FaverGray is building two projects: the Estates at Sorority Row, a 28-unit, 48,154-sq-ft student housing property featuring studio apartments and three-bedroom townhouses; and Value Place, a four-story, 45,500-sq-ft extended-stay hotel.
The company also is building the Hallmark at Truesdale apartments in Lugoff, S.C. Also, in St. Marys, Ga., FaverGray is constructing Brant Creek Apartments, which consists of 196 units.
