Orlando-based Cuhaci & Peterson Architects is performing preliminary design work for a 140,000-sq-ft senior living facility at Avalon Park in Orlando. The firm indicated construction of the first phase of the facility, which would accommodate 130 senior living units, could start before the end of the year.
The firm is also designing a new prototype Publix Supermarket, expected to offer 61,000 sq ft of space.
