The project represents the first for-lease office building in the mixed-use community and is nearly 30% pre-leased by the State of Florida’s Agency for Health Care Administration. The building’s exterior will feature architectural precast panels.
HuntonBrady states the project is targeting LEED Gold certification. Occupancy is scheduled for the third quarter of 2010.
