The Morganti Group, based in Danbury, Conn., completed the renovation of the McCoy Terminal at the Key West International Airport. The renovated terminal features new ticketing, luggage and security areas along with a central area for concessions and restaurants.

The project included construction of a 50,000-sq-ft addition to the existing airport, 30,000 sq ft of new floor area on the second level and renovation of 20,000 sq ft of existing terminal space on the ground level.
The airport’s new upper parking deck also doubles as a secure shelter for Monroe County’s Emergency Response equipment.
