Richard Coble has been named vice president-risk manager for Miami-based Coastal Construction Group. Coble most recently worked as the chief executive officer for Shiloh Consultants in Orlando, where he specialized in design and construction management; dispute resolution; construction project analysis and performance; and process review.
He will be responsible for identifying construction risks, avoiding exposures and formulating an effective risk-management plan.
Brian J. Morris has joined Orlando-based Tilt-Con Corp. as executive vice president. Morris has more than 30 years of Florida construction management experience. He previously worked as vice president of URS Construction Services and as general manager for Turner Construction Co.
Markus Hill was appointed vice president of technology for Charlotte-based Rodgers Builders. Hill has more than 17 years of information technology experience from within the health-care, legal, financial, manufacturing and construction industries.
Anthony Harden has been promoted to director of preconstruction for BE&K Building Group in Greenville, S.C. Harden has more than 25 years of preconstruction experience.
Gregory Lipscomb has joined HNTB Corp. in Charlotte, N.C., as director of urban design and planning. He previously served as a chief planner in HNTB’s Charleston, W. Va., office.
