HDR recently announced several
appointments. The firm named Chuck
Sinclair senior vice president at its Miami office.
With HDR since 1991, Sinclair is a regional business director
in HDR’s environmental and resource management business group.
The company also named Bob Cone
and Steve Keyes vice presidents
at its Orlando office. A program management director, Cone
has 30 years of industry experience. With HDR for more than
12 years, Keyes is a marketing manager with more than 15 years
of industry experience.
Also, the firm has named Jack Miller
vice president at its Charlotte office. With HDR since 1984,
Miller is a senior project manager with more than 25 years
of industry experience, primarily with water and wastewater
facilities.
The company also named Dave Kinnear
the Eastern regional technical director for wastewater processes
in the Charlotte office. Kinnear assists wastewater treatment
facilities with process engineering design, operations, troubleshooting
and optimization projects.

Lamar Nash has joined Barton
Malow Co.’s Atlanta office as director of business
development for the Southern region. His responsibilities
include business development, strategic planning, business
plan development, marketing, public relations, industry promotion,
proposal development and sales performance. He will focus
his efforts on the education and sports markets.
Nash most recently served as corporate marketing officer
of The Haskell Co., Jacksonville, Fla.

Alan Forgea has been named
project manager for The Related Group
of Florida’s Las Olas Beach Club project, a 29-story
condominium to be built on the Fort Lauderdale oceanfront.

Tindall Corp., a producer of
precast concrete based in Spartanburg, S.C., recently announced
several appointments. Greg Force
has been promoted to president and chief operating officer
for the entire organization.
Also, Mike Branz recently joined
the firm’s South Carolina division as vice president and general
manager, and Todd Davidson was
promoted to vice president and general manager for Tindall’s
corrections division. Charles Rivenbark
was promoted to the position of plant manager for the company’s
corrections division in Conley, Ga.

David J. Ziegman recently rejoined
Woolpert LLP of Atlanta as a
senior project manager and planner for the firm’s facilities
planning and design group. He will be responsible for managing
the firm’s local government planning projects in the Southeast.

Ralph Poole Jr. has been promoted
to director of projects at PSA Constructors,
Orlando. Poole previously worked as a senior project manager
for PSA.

Greenberg Farrow Architecture,
a national architecture, engineering, and development consulting
firm, recently announced that Jeremy
Anderson and Michael Toothaker
have joined its Atlanta office. Anderson has joined as an
architectural intern, while Toothaker will be on the site-development
team as a site planner.

Lynn Rutan has joined the construction
management firm of Christiano Construction
Co. in Clearwater as director of marketing. Rutan will
be responsible for overseeing the marketing department and
all business development, focusing on churches, educational,
retail, office and medical facilities.

Bora Erbilen has been named
an associate at Burton Braswell Middlebrooks
Associates Consulting Structural Engineers, Orlando
and Boca Raton. Erbilen has over 12 years experience as a
structural project manager in Florida, Europe and Asia.

David Byrd, the Florida Department
of Transportation’s former District 2 director of production
and planning, has joined HNTB’s
Jacksonville, Fla., office as the head of its transportation
planning department. He will also support statewide efforts
in transportation planning.
Byrd has more than 30 years of experience in transportation
planning and design, having spent the majority of his career
with FDOT.

Terry Davis has been promoted
to general superintendent at Hardin
Construction Co.’s Tampa office. Davis joined Hardin
in 1982 as a field engineer.

T. Craig Campbell has been
promoted to vice president at DooleyMack
Constructors of Sarasota, Fla. He will have direct
responsibility for the company’s business development and
marketing efforts for its Sarasota, Fort Lauderdale and Nashville
offices.
Campbell has worked for DooleyMack for three years – two
years as a senior project manager and one year as director
of business development.

Leo A. Daly, the architecture,
planning, engineering and interior design firm, recently named
two new executives to its Miami office. Guido
Conegliano was named managing principal, and Agustin
J. Barrera director of operations.
As managing principal, Conegliano is responsible for overseeing
business and client services in the Miami office. As director
of operations, Barrera is responsible for the daily operations
including staffing, project controls and overall personnel
performance.

Vincent J. Novello Jr. was
named project manager for Palmer Electric’s
commercial division in Winter Park, Fla. Novello has roughly
35 years of experience as an electrician and manager.

Autobuilders General Contracting Services
of West Palm Beach announced the hiring of John
Roeser as senior project manager and Dan
Gleason as project manager.

Ernest A. Cox III has been
promoted to vice president at Ardaman
& Associates, a geotechnical engineering firm headquartered
in Orlando. Cox has been with Ardaman since 1991.

Timothy Whalen has been named
vice president of operations for Treadway
Industries LLC, based in Leesburg, Fla. Whalen has
been with the company since 1992. Treadway Industries manufactures
architectural elements made of hard-coated foam.
