Hardin Construction Launches PM Services Division

Hardin Holdings, the owner of Atlanta-based Hardin Construction Co., has launched a new company, ADVENTpds, to provide program and project management services.

ADVENTpds (Project Delivery Solutions) is initially focusing on the hospitality and corporate facilities markets, but plans to expand to other markets in the future. Hardin indicates ADVENT also will provide services to other types of clients, managing a variety of programs.

Ken Gwinner will serve as president of ADVENT. He has 28 years of experience, primarily in the programming, design and construction of corporate and broadcast facilities.

Rod Radcliff will serve as ADVENT’s senior vice president in charge of operations. He has more than 30 years of design and construction experience.

CSA Group Opens New Headquarters

CSA Group, the largest Hispanic-owned architectural, engineering, planning and environmental services firm in the U.S., opened its new international headquarters in Miami.

According to the company, CSA Group’s relocation merges all of the firm’s Miami offices. More than 65 employees will work at the new 21,678-sq-ft facility.

Founded in 1956, CSA Group has offices throughout the United States, Caribbean and Latin America, including: Chicago, Cincinnati, New York, Philadelphia, San Juan and Panama City, Panama. The firm’s capabilities include architecture, engineering, procurement, construction management, operations and maintenance, environmental services and project financing.

Brickman to Acquire Florida’s Stiles Landscaping

The Brickman Group of Gaithersburg, Md., a national commercial landscape firm, has agreed to purchase Stiles Landscape Co., a division of Fort Lauderdale, Fla.-based Stiles Corp. The sale was set to close by the end of May.

Brickman was already doing business in Florida. This acquisition will allow it to substantially expand its presence, the company stated.

Stiles started its landscape division 25 years ago. Brickman serves more than 10,000 commercial clients in 28 states.

Don Winsett, president of Stiles Landscaping, and other members of the leadership team and staff, will join Brickman’s Florida division and operate the business under the Brickman name.

Bowyer-Singleton Expands to Tampa Bay

Bowyer-Singleton & Associates, a civil-engineering firm based in Orlando, recently opened a regional branch in Wesley Chapel servicing the Tampa Bay region.
