Build Georgia Awards
At its recent annual convention in Amelia Island, Fla., the
Georgia Branch, Associated General Contractors announced its
2006 Build Georgia Awards. Top awards were presented to the
following contractors and projects:

Specialty contractors winning Build Georgia awards for their
efforts included: Harcon; Innovative Roofing Group; Mayberry
Electric; Metro Waterproofing; and Taylor Commercial.
The Build Georgia Awards recognize contractor members and
their construction teams for outstanding performances.
Doosan Infracore Unveils Excavators, Wheel
Loaders at Charlotte Launch
At a May 3rd launch event in Charlotte, Doosan Infracore
America introduced four excavators and two wheel loaders to
North American dealers and customers. Approximately 100 people
attended the Charlotte event. J. W. Burress was the dealer
host of the event.
Doosan Infracore America Corp., formerly known as Daewoo
Heavy Industries America Corp., is headquartered in Suwanee,
Ga. It is responsible for all North American sales, service,
and technical support for Doosan Daewoo heavy construction
equipment and lift trucks.
