300 Peachtree Towers Gets Facelift
J.J. Morley Enterprises, a contracting company that deals
in restoration and waterproofing, recently completed major
exterior renovations to 300 Peachtree Towers, one of the largest
and oldest residential buildings in downtown Atlanta. The
renovation project included exterior waterproofing, exterior
brick restoration, a new high-performance coating and replacement
of all of the building's balconies.
300 Peachtree Towers is a 24-story, 330-unit condominium complex,
with each unit having a private balcony. Since its initial
construction in 1963, only minor repairs have been made to
the building's façade. Within the past several years,
the building has also carried out a complete renovation of
all building hallways, with new carpeting and wallpaper.
